We aim to free up your resources from performing time consuming repetitive tasks to concentrate on high value tasks that a computer cannot perform such as speaking to customers to generate new sales, implement new sales strategies etc.

The sales suite has brought huge improvements in efficiency for our customers significantly reducing the turnaround time in producing quotes, proposals, and specifications as well as providing traceability for each transaction.

We realise that each company has it's own sales process and that we cannot impose what order things should be done in on your business. Your business does not need to work in accordance with our software, our software needs to work in accordance with your business.

We have taken a modular approach to the Sales Suite allowing for great flexibility and scalability. Our customers can pick and choose the modules they require safe in the knowledge that other modules can be bolted on at a later date without the need for a complete re-design of the system.

Modules

Authentication Module

Each user is assigned a user level. The customer can define the priviledges available to each user level.

A standard structure consists of standard users, authorisers and administrators. The authorisers can authorise various stages in the workflow for standard users to proceed with the transaction. Other user levels can be added to satisfy the customer requirements.

 

 

Configurator Module

Complex products which can have multiple options with their own dependencies can be configured using our configurator. The configurator only allows compatible products to be selected thus reducing errors due to incorrect specification. This ensures that your business does not waste time and money in trying to meet a specification that is not part of your standard offering. It also reduces the emphasis on product knowledge for your sales team and allows new starters to work effectively while building their product knowledge.

 

Document Generator Module

In any sales process, there is always documentation to be produced. Mostly, this is done using templates in Microsoft Excel or Word and the user then copies and pastes paragraphs and information that apply to the current configuration of the product. This is both time consuming and again relies on extensive product knowledge.

Our document generators will automatically create your document in a format you specify using the information for the products added into the transaction.

 

Communication Module

At various stages in the workflow, it may be necessary to communicate with colleagues about the current transaction. For example, if a user requires authorisation for a discount percentage, the authoriser must be notified of the details of the transaction and that the transaction is awaiting authorisation.

Our communication module takes the relevant information from the transaction (specified by our client) and informs the relevant users. The communications can be via email and/or sms.

 

Reporting Module

It is always useful to analyse the data that we have collected to see trends, totals and comparisons. Perhaps a user would like to see how many transactions they have created over the past month, how many were actually converted into orders, the value of the orders etc. Management may want to look at how different sales teams are performing relative to each other.

Our reporting module produces clear and concise reports, the format of which is defined by our client's requirements. These can for example be used in presentations to management.

 

Change Management Module

There will inevitably be changes required to a transaction from when a proposal or quote is sent out for the first time to when the order is placed by your customer.

The change management module allows this functionality without having to create another transaction. The user can go back to any stage in the workflow and any authorisations before that stage will be maintained.

Users can also see a change history for any given transaction.

 

CRM Integration Module

We know that our system will only be a part of your overall business solution. If you are already using a Customer Relationship Management system, we can integrate our solution with the CRM system so that for example you can have access to contact information, attach produced documentation into your CRM system etc.

If your CRM system has an API, then contact us to see if we already support that system, if not, we are always happy to develop a module to interface with your system.
